Tri Deltas are passionate about serving others.

We remain dedicated to three aspects of philanthropy: sisters helping sisters through Tri Delta’s Foundation, our commitment to changing the way the world treats and defeats childhood cancer through our work with local and regional children’s hospitals and pediatric cancer initiatives and through our national partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

St. Jude Research Hospital

Since 1999, Tri Delta has partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, consequently raising $100 million, and currently aiming to raise $185 million by the year 2038! In fact, our commitment to St. Jude was recognized in 2014 when the short-term housing facility on the hospital’s campus was named in our honor; Tri Delta Place continues to provide a safe haven for patients and their families free of cost. As St. Jude’s official “Partner of Kindness,” we aim to serve others, in this case children suffering from cancer and other rare diseases. The Nu chapter specifically fulfills this purpose by hosting our signature events, such as Sincerely Yours, Delta Dogs and Dawgs, DHOP, Delta Dunks, and also by running the St. Jude Memphis Marathon in December! As members of Tri Delta, we have the rare opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of children being treated at St. Jude, and we never take it for granted. By partnering with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tri Deltas also partner with each and every patient and their family that isn’t burdened with bills for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
