As Vice President of Membership Experience, one of my favorite things to do is ask our sisters to reflect on their “why:”why they chose Tri Delta in the first place, and, more importantly, why they choose to stay every single day. Taking a moment to look back on our individual journeys creates so much gratitude for the bonds we built, the rituals we share, and the unwavering love and support that make our chapter feel like home.Preparing for recruitment with our incredible recruitment team is easily one of the most rewarding parts of my role. Together, we guide our members through the process, helping them learn how to connect authentically and reflect on what makes Tri Delta so special to them.
